Liffey River

The Liffey River carries water down from the Great Western Tiers into the cool Eucalyptus rainforest below.

Dropstone boulders guide the Liffey River along it's journey to the Liffey Falls, which is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Tasmania.

The peaceful sounds of the river meandering through the forest and the birdlife of rosellas, robins and fairy wrens creates a very relaxing haven.
